Israel’s Justice Ministry held a hearing Monday for the attorney who leaked a document about a controversial loan Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s family received from a South Africa-based businessman. Attorney Liora Glat-Berkovitz asked that she be permitted to go on leave, in lieu of suspension, until the matter is fully clarified.
