Private companies have been waging a “quiet boycott” of Israel in recent months, according to former Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres. Speaking to the Russian-language media in Israel, Peres said the boycott appeared to be based primarily in Europe, where businesses no longer believe Israel wants peace, Israel Radio reported.
