An elite unit of Israeli soldiers rescued an Israeli cab driver who was kidnapped by Palestinians. Special forces located Eliyahu Gurel, 61, who had been missing since Friday afternoon, near the West Bank city of Ramallah close to midnight Tuesday, the Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported.
