Rabbi Uri Feinstein was attacked outside Kiev’s Brodsky Synagogue. Rabbi Moshe-Reuven Azman told JTA that Feinstein was first verbally abused and then physically beaten to unconsciousness on Aug. 28 by two men, just a block away from the synagogue. Feinstein was taken to a hospital, treated and released.
