A car explosion in the Israeli city of Hadera was apparently not a terrorist attack. Thursday’s explosion caused panic in the city, and Magen David Adom, Israel’s relief agency, initially sent out beeper messages that it was a terrorist attack, The Associated Press reported. Police said the explosion likely was a criminal attack.
