Israel’s U.N. envoy blamed the lack of a Palestinian state on the Palestinians. In an annual U.N. debate on the “Question of Palestine,” Israel’s U.N. ambassador, Dan Gillerman, said Israel has shown its willingness to make peaceful concessions and accept Palestinians’ right to self-determination.
