Israeli troops killed an Islamic Jihad fugitive and captured two of his comrades. Israel’s army said a patrol shot the armed terrorist dead Sunday as he approached the Jewish town of Kfar Na’ama in the West Bank. Two other Islamic Jihad members were later captured nearby.
