The Israeli ambassador to Austria is returning to Israel after a report that he abused his wife. Israel’s Channel 10 news reported last week that Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom cut short Avraham Toledano’s term in Vienna after a witness reported seeing Toledano beating his wife.
