Israel’s High Court of Justice will hold a special session on the West Bank security fence ahead of hearings at The Hague. Legal source said the as-yet unscheduled session in Jerusalem, announced Thursday, would allow Israeli jurists to hone their arguments in time for the Feb. 24 hearings at the International Court of Justice.
