Diana Aviv, who was the top Washington lobbyist for the United Jewish Communities until last year, accepted a Reform movement human-rights award and spoke at a commemoration Wednesday of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, hosted by the Israeli Embassy in Washington.
