Three Jewish organizations will tour the top 40 Jewish federations to tout humanitarian needs in Israel, Argentina and the former Soviet Union. Representatives of the United Jewish Communities, the Jewish Agency for Israel and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee will on Jan. 27 launch a North American tour they hope will increase their core funding by $20 million, split between the groups.
