France’s broadcasting authority asked prosecutors to ban anti-Semitic material on satellite TV channels. Dominique Baudis, president of the CSA Higher Audio-Visual Council, said Tuesday that he had written to European satellite provider Eutelstat to halt broadcasts of Hezbollah’s Al Manar station in France.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
