Israel and Hezbollah are set to swap prisoners. According to weekend announcements by Jerusalem and Beirut, Israel will release 435 Arab security prisoners in return for an Israeli businessmen and the bodies of three Israeli soldiers held by the Lebanese militia since 2000.
