The United Nations has submitted a dossier to the International Court of Justice on Israel’s West Bank security fence. At the court’s request, the U.N. secretariat this week submitted the U.N. resolution calling for the court at The Hague to rule on the legality of the fence, and the background of events leading up to the resolution.
