Bolivia’s president is to meet at the end of the week with a representative of the World Jewish Congress. Claudio Epelman, assistant director of the WJC’s Latin American branch who is based in Buenos Aires, will be in Bolivia to discuss with President Carlos Mesa how to promote a law against discrimination.
