An Israeli widowed by Sunday’s bombing in Jerusalem appealed to The Hague not to rule against the West Bank security barrier. “Do not judge my country. Do not stop it preventing others from falling victim,” Fanny Haim wrote in an open letter to the International Court of Justice, published on the front page of Monday’s Yediot Achronot, an Israeli daily.
