Benjamin Netanyahu denied a claim in President Clinton’s autobiography that he had agreed to withdraw from all of the Golan Heights for peace with Syria. “In no situation, in no talks, did I agree to withdraw from the Golan Heights,” the Israeli finance minister told Israeli Army Radio.
