Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) told a B’nai B’rith convention that he would fight for a safe Israel. The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, who addressed the convention in Hollywood, Fla., by phone on Monday, said he has “a 100 percent record of supporting Israel,” according to participants. “I will fight for a safe and secure Jewish State of Israel,” he was quoted as saying.
