An organization of Mauthausen survivors honored Prague’s top Jewish official and an Austrian member of the European Parliament. The Mauthausen International Committee presented medals last Friday to Prague Jewish community chairman Tomas Jelinek and lawmaker Maria Berger for helping to preserve the memory of victims of Nazi crimes.
