A documentary about a German Jewish athlete barred from the 1936 Berlin Olympics will air on HBO. “Hitler’s Pawn,” to air July 14 at 10 p.m., focuses on Margaret Bergmann Lambert, who was kept out of the Berlin Games although she was one of Germany’s top high jumpers.
