UNRWA transferred a third of its Gaza Strip staff to Jerusalem for safety reasons. A spokesman for the U.N. agency in charge of Palestinian refugees said Tuesday that the decision to move 20 of its 60 staff members came because of increased fighting between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian gunmen.
