The Palestinian Authority’s senior diplomat in France said she opposed the banning of Hezbollah’s TV channel. Leila Shahid said Sunday that she “did not notice hatred in the programs” of Hezbollah’s Al-Manar channel, which last month accused “Zionists” of spreading AIDS throughout the Arab world.
