Two Israeli soldiers who exposed themselves during the inauguration of a new Defense Ministry compound were jailed.A court-martial held Sunday sentenced the two conscripts to 21 days in the stockade after they were spotted “mooning” top brass, including military chief of staff Lt. Gen. Moshe Ya’alon and Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz, during last week’s ceremony in Tel Aviv.
