Israel decided to resume “targeted killings” of Islamic Jihad leaders. The decision was made this week after attacks by the Palestinian terrorist group killed two Israelis, security sources said Wednesday. Israel suspended its track-and-kill operations against terrorists in the West Bank and Gaza Strip as part of the truce Prime Minister Ariel Sharon declared with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in February.
