The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee is setting up a special loan fund to help disabled and disadvantaged people in part of the former Yugoslavia. The fund will finance nonsectarian, nonprofit employment initiatives in the Bosnian Federation, the Muslim-Croat part of Bosnia-Hercegovina.
