Argentina formally took responsibility for the failure to solve the bombing of a Jewish community center. President Nestor Kirchner said Tuesday that previous Argentine governments had covered up facts that could have helped solve the July 1994 bombing of the AMIA center in Buenos Aires, in which 85 people were killed.
