Palestinian terrorists are gathering strength in the West Bank, Israel’s security chief said. Yuval Diskin, the director of the Shin Bet security service, told the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on Tuesday that Palestinian terrorists may be maintaining relative calm in the Gaza Strip before Israel’s planned withdrawal from the area but are improving their capabilities in the West Bank.
