Israeli officials say they intend to keep the Palestinian Authority to its commitments under the “road map” peace plan. On Wednesday, the Jerusalem Post quoted a senior Israeli official as saying that Israel would not agree to any international peace summit until the first stage of the plan, which requires the Palestinian Authority to dismantle terrorist groups in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, is implemented.
