Three hundred people are gathering south of San Francisco to learn congregation-based community organizing for social justice work. Jewish Funds for Justice is sponsoring the second national gathering Sunday and Monday in Santa Clara, Calif. Rabbis, rabbinic students and lay leaders will attend workshops and develop organizing projects to take back to their congregations.
