Beijing’s first kosher establishment opened for business Thursday. Located near several major international hotel chains, Dini’s Kosher Restaurant, is under the kashrut supervision of Chabad emissaries Rabbi Shimon and Dini Freundlich. The restaurant is named for Dini Freundlich, according to shmais.com.
