European rabbis conclude conference

A three-day conference of leading European Orthodox rabbis concluded in Odessa.Among the issues the rabbinical conference addressed were the development of Jewish education programs in Europe, anti-Semitism and interfaith dialogue in Europe, as well as the restitution of Jewish community property.The 30 European rabbis in attendance Monday to Wednesday in the southern Ukrainian city mostly were members of the Standing Committee of the Conference of European Rabbis, a group said to be serving 400 Jewish communities in more than 40 countries.
