David Beckham will not play in an exhibition game in Israel between his Real Madrid team and a team of Israeli and Palestinian players. Beckham will skip the game because of a disagreement with Real Madrid management, Reuters reported. The game is one of a series of matches the Shimon Peres Center for Peace set up between the Israeli-Palestinian team and high profile international teams to promote peace in the Middle East. Beckham, the English superstar, announced in January that he had agreed to a $250 million contract to play soccer in the United States for the Los Angeles Galaxy once his Real Madrid contract ends June 30.
