An explosion in Gaza City killed a Hamas fighter.
Spokesmen for the terrorist group told the Associated Press that an Israeli missile hit a car full of Hamas fighters late Thursday night, killing one and wounding several others.
The Israeli army denied involvement. Israel usually acknowledges such attacks when it is responsible.
Separately, a rocket fired from Gaza hit an Israeli home in Sderot on Thursday. None was injured.
