The Jerusalem municipality will erect a sukkah made of candy.

The Sukkah-ria, a play on the Hebrew word for candy, will be constructed in Safra Square using two tons of candy. The Sukkot holiday begins on Wednesday evening.

Customarily the Jerusalem municipality prepares the largest sukkah in the country. The Sukkah-ria will be 1,200 square yards. Children will receive free gifts of candy.
