Two Israeli men were killed by Palestinian terrorists in a shooting attack near in the South Hebron Hills on Friday.
David Ruben and Ahikam Amihai had been hiking with a woman in the area of the Talam and Adura settlements when four terrorists opened fire on them from a jeep, according to media reports. The hikers returned fire, killing one of the terrorists. The female hiker escaped and was taken to a hospital for treatment of shock.
Last month, members of the Palestinian Authority’s security forces killed an Israeli resident of Shavei Shomron, a West Bank settlement, while he was driving to a nearby settlement.
