OXFORD, England (JTA) – Oxford University is investigating its rugby team for throwing a party with anti-Semitic themes.

The title of the party last week was "Bring a fit (attractive) Jewish girl" and members of the Under 21’s squad of the Oxford University Rugby Club were asked to bring a Jewish date and come in appropriate ‘Jewish’ guise – including sidelocks and carrying bags of money.

The Oxford University Students Union prevailed on the club at the last minute to change the theme to "Bring a fit girl," but some students showed up at the Indian eatery in "Jewish" guise anyway.
