Is Russia moving toward sanctions on Iran?

Russia has been seen one of the countries that would be reluctant to agree to more economic sanctions on Iran. But in a photo-op with President Obama today, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev seemed to hint that Russia might feel the need to get on board:

I told His Excellency, Mr. President, that we believe we need to help Iran to take a right decision.  As to also have sanctions, Russia’s belief is very simple, and I stated it recently.  Sanctions rarely lead to productive results.  But in some cases sanctions are inevitable.
