Follow @theEulogizer on Twitter for even more stories of Jewish lives well lived

I cannot always get to every item and passing, as much as I would like. And I do not like to give short shrift to people just to get their names in the column. However, Twitter does provide an additional outlet these days.

So, follow @theEulogizer on Twitter for tweet-only items and re-tweets from news media and individuals worldwide reporting on Jewish deaths of note. In the last day, tweets and re-tweets have included:

  • Lee Rich, ad exec who became a top TV producer (Lorimar)
  • TV director-producer Robert Finkel
  • Kathi Kamen Goldmark, founder of authors’ rock band and recently a Jewish community worker
  • Rabbi Nathan Bryn, led shul in West Miami
  • Bobby Dukoff, recorded bands, revolutionized sax mouthpiece
  • Ben Silver, 85, Miami-area TV journalist of the 1950s and ’60s
  • Buddy Havlin, TV producer and radio-station founder
  • Sidney Rachlin, Hallandale Beach dentist and library

The Eulogizer highlights the life accomplishments of famous and not-so-famous Jews who have passed away recently. Write to the Eulogizer at Follow the Eulogizer on Twitter @TheEulogizer
