As the presidential campaign kicks into high gear… the new political comedy “The Campaign,” starring Zach Galifianakis and Will Ferrell, is set to hit theaters next week. The film is about a North Carolina congressmen (Ferrell) who usually runs unopposed — but now is facing an upstart (Galifianakis) for the right to represent their small district.
