Israel killed two Hamas gunmen in an airstrike on the Gaza Strip. Wednesday’s deaths in the northern Gaza town of Jabalya were the latest in a more than 2-week-old Israeli campaign against the dominant Palestinian Islamist group. On Tuesday, three members of another faction, Islamic Jihad, were killed in a mysterious Gaza blast. Palestinian sources said ordnance handled by the three probably exploded prematurely.
