An Israeli soldier was wounded and a local resident was found dead in a shooting fray in the Shatt refugee camp in Gaza last night. The local victim is believed to have been caught in the line of fire. Israeli soldiers opened fire when a suspected terrorist lurking in an alley ran when challenged. The patrol itself came under fire and the suspect escaped.
