1 Jew Killed, 6 Wounded in Arab Attacks

One Jew was killed and six wounded tonight in three separate attacks as Arab disorders entered their seventeenth week.

Asher Rosenfeld, 22, fell in an ambush while guarding an orange grove at the Ness Ziona settlement. Benjamin Shusterman, 38, a settler at Motzaillith, was shot by an Arab while standing at the threshold of his house. He was removed to Hadassah hospital.

Four Jews were injured in an explosion of a bomb in the yard of a Jewish house in Jerusalem while chatting after supper. The owner of the house was wounded by an Arab sniper after the blast. Troops launched an investigation.

Those injured in the explosion are: Israel Weinstein, Menachem Keller, Moshe Gostorp and Ziporah Schwartz, a woman.
