Israeli troops shot and killed a 13-year-old Arab boy Tuesday in dispersing a demonstration in Gaza.
According to Israeli sources, two other Palestinians were wounded in the clash, but Arab sources claimed 30 people were injured.
The army imposed a curfew on the city’s Sheik Radwan neighborhood, where rock- throwing Palestinian demonstrators hit and inflicted a minor head wound on a border policeman, Israeli military sources said.
News reports said stone-throwers ambushed an Israeli jeep which then ran into an electric pole and overturned, injuring one soldier.
