A Syrian military court in Damascus has sentenced 15 Jews to death on charges of espionage for Israel, it was reported here today from the Syrian capital.
Eight other Jews received prison sentences ranging from three months to life terms. Another 35 Jews are due to go on trial in a military court soon on similar charges.
