2 Czechoslovak Sports Clubs Banned for “aryan” Clauses

“Aryan” paragraphs in their by-laws caused authorities of Stornberk, in Moravia, to ban two sports clubs today.

One of the clubs, known as the “Christian Sport Club,” was later reinstated when it agreed to drop the discriminating clauses. The second, called “German Sport,” preferred dissolution to giving up the offending paragraph.
