Two hundred Jewish War Veterans under the command of John J. Glass and Colonel Fraser Hunter were among the thousands of veterans who lined the streets leading from Union Station when Field Marshal Viscount Allenby arrived here to attend the reunion of the Canadian Corps.

More than 100,000 veterans, including a German detachment, are already assembled in the city to celebrate the reunion.

On Sunday Viscount Allenby will take the salute from the steps of the University Avenue Synagogue, where the Jewish Post of the Canadian Legion will deposit the post’s banners and flags. A majority of the Jewish veterans served under Allenby in the Palestine conquest.
