200 Palestine Jews Deported to Cypbus with Resugres En Route Home; Face Charges

The Empire Rival, which brought 700 Jews from the beached blockade runner Susanna to Gyprus on Thursday, was on route here today with an estimated 200 Palestinians deported to Gyprus with the Susanna refugees when they refused to identify themselves after having mingled with the visaless immigrants near Gaza , where the ship was beached, to hinder their apprehension by the British.

It is believed here that the 200 may face charges of siding and abetting illegal immigration. Also aboard the Empire Rival is Bamnel Posnansky, who want to Gyprus with a previous transport of refugees and once there succeeded in mingling with residents of the information camps. When arrested he claimed that he had come to Gyprus to look for relatives in the camps.

The Empire Rival is also carrying 750 returnees from Gyprus who are to be relead under a forthcoming Immigration quots .The quota for the March 15-April 14 period was announced last night. It allows the usual 1,500 Jews to enter, plus 600 non-Jews.
