2,000 Argentine Jewish Families Reported Planning to Leave for Israel

Announcement was made here today of the establishment of the Israel-Argentine Development Society to facilitate the immigration and absorption of Jewish settlers from the Argentine.

A similar company will be established in Buenos Aires, Dr. Isaac Nissanson of that city, disclosed. He said that 2,000 Argentine Jewish families were ready to emigrate to Israel and that the new company would arrange for their housing and employment. Dr. Pablo Manguel, the Argentine envoy here, attended the ceremonies marking establishment of the new enterprise and promised it his aid.
