Rabbi Nathan Zelizer was unanimously reelected to serve as spiritual leader of the Tifereth Israel Congregation here for the fourth year. He is an officer in numerous Jewish and non-Jewish organizations of this community. Rabbi Zelizer is twenty-seven years old.
