Three Israelis will be among 150 foreign visitors, including 50 ambassadors, attending the Republican National Convention as guests of chairman Ray C. Bliss under a program jointly sponsored by the Republican National Committee and the State Department. They are expected on Wednesday. The Israelis are Gen. Yitzhak Rabin, Ambassador to the United States; Ari Eliav, member of the Knesset and the secretariat of the Israel Labor Party; and Arye Dissentshik, chief editor of the daily newspaper Maariv.
